Johnce Ewing Lane, 83, passed away peacefully on October 31st. He was born in Robertson Co, Tenn and moved to Tampa in 1956. He served as a deacon at the Myrtle Lake Baptist Church where he had been a member since moving to Land-O-Lakes in 1986. Johnce was a kind and gentle man, a devoted son, brother, husband, and father, always willing to help those in need. He is survived by nine brothers and sisters, five children, eight grandchildren, seven great grand children, and a large extended family and many good friends. The family will receive friends at the Myrtle Lake Baptist Church in Land O' Lakes on Monday, November 5th at 10:00AM followed by a funeral service at 11:00 AM. A reception to follow in Fellowship Hall. Interment will take place atthe Garden of Memories Cemetery at 2:30 PM. In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a donation to the church or charity of their choice.
