Husband, father, and great grandfather was born in Puerto Rico on October 23rd, 1951.

He is survived by his Wife-Adela, 5 children- Juana and her husband Pablo, Luz and her husband Roman, Juan and his wife Judith, Angel and his wife Marilyn, and Celina and her husband Corey; 14 Grandchildren, Neidy, Pablo, Jacqueline, Stefanie, Jonathan, Nicholas, Samantha, Jocely, Jadanith, Jailyne, Gabrieliz, Denitxa, Alexis, and Zachary; 1 Great Grandchild- Victoria; 7 Siblings.

Rest in peace, Jorge.

Interment will follow at Rest haven Memorial Park.
