Jose Baez-Medina, 77, of Tampa passed away March 30, 2006.He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Teresa; his children, Jose R. Baez, Jr, Marlene Baez, Elvis Baez, Maritere Baez, Alberto Alvarado & Luis Ortiz; brother, Luis Baez-Medina; sister, Esther Hernandez; 16 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. A funeral service will take place Monday at 7 PM at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave.
The family will visit with friends Monday from 10AM until service time.
