Josephine R. Huffman, 70, of Tampa, Florida went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 9, 2012. Born Josephine R. Zukowski of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. She started and managed the cafeteria at Immaculate Conception Elementary School for 20 years. She remained in the food service industry until retiring from Honda Cars of Clarksville, Indiana in 2010. She is survived by her three daughters, Carla Huffman of Louisville, Kentucky, Lori Liter (Bob) of Madison, Indiana, Deanna Bunner (Keith) of Tampa, Florida; seven grandchildren, Katie, Ally, Sam, Kate, Emmy, Adam and Andrew; two brothers, Stanley Zukowski, Jr. of Frankfort, Kentucky and Jimmy Zukowski of Louisville, Kentucky. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 11th from 5-8 P.M. at MacDonald Funeral Home and Thursday, January 12th from 10-11 A.M. at West Broad Street Baptist Church, followed by a funeral service at 11AM Thursday.
