Joyce M. Thomas of Ridge Manor age 82, died Sunday, September 6,2009 at Hospice with her daughter, Zelma by her side. Joyce was born July 30,1927, in Tampa, FL. to the late James and Gladys Mintzer. She was a beloved wife to the late Albert L. Thomas Sr. and is survived by her daughter and her husband, Zelma and George Clark; son, Albert Lee Thomas, Jr.; four grand children Lisa Lapham, Scott Owen, Stephanie and Joey Thomas; two great grand children Jessica and Jacob Lapham; two sisters Betty Albritton and Lorraine "Pug" Hotrum; one brother Earl Mintzer and niece Bridgette Kramer and her son Caleb. She is further survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her brother Leigh Mintzer. Services will take place at 11:00 AMFriday on Sept.11,2009 at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. Tampa, Florida 33612
