Kelly A. Lanigan, 39, flew home to heaven September 12, 2008, from her home in Tampa, FL. She was born in Nassau County New York on April 4th, 1969. She graduated F.W. Springstead in 1987, served 4 years in the U.S.A.F. then moved to Tampa to begin her career as a Residential Property Manager.   Kelly is survived by her beloved partner of 14 years, Richelle M. Marsico & family, her loving parents Robert & Elizabeth Lanigan, her devoted siblings Rob Lanigan & his wife Tamie, Gina Kamak & her husband Tim, adoring nieces and nephews Nico, Kellie, Katie, and Brady, and countless friends and loved ones.   We will miss your warm smile, your contagious laughter, but most of all your unconditional love. You were a gift to all who were blessed to know you. A service will take place 12:30 PM Friday at Florida National Cemetery with military honors  In lieu of sending flowers kindly address donations in care of Richelle M. Marsico, her surviving partner.
