Mr. Kenneth R.C. Adkins, age 83, passed away under Hospice care at his home in Largo, FL, Friday, March 10, 2017 with his daughter's by his side.He was born in Van, West Virginia in 1933 and moved to Florida with his late wife, Wanda in 1979. He leaves behind 2 sisters -Juanita Girardi and Joan Brown, his 3 children - daughter Gina Dawsey, son Norman Adkins and daughter Dafene Adams and 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Ken was loved by so many.He was a man who loved helping people. You had a problem, he tried to find an answer to how he could solve your problem. He loved shrimp, Krispy Kreme raspberry filled donuts, bacon and eggs,and cream horns from Publix and oh lets not forget his sister's homemade sausage and gravy.If you had candy or cookies nearby he was sure to find them. He LOVED playing Yahtzee and taught many people throughout his life how to play.He will forever be our YAHTZEE KING!A celebration of life will be held by family and friends on March 31st.
