Laurence Edward "Eddie" Milligan, III of Tampa, FL passed away on 09/11/15 at home after losing his battles to addiction, after almost 8 months of sobriety. Eddie was born in Tampa, FL and was in the process of restarting his business,Trimmers Tree Service. He attended many different churches, but his home church is The Walk Church of Tampa. Eddie was participating in group meetings and events on a daily basis through AA and NA, working through the steps with his Sponsor, in his effort to beat the disease of addiction. He is survived by his mother Jerri Henderson, his father Laurence Edward Milligan II from Tampa, FL, his brothers Steven Christopher Milligan and Kirk David Thomas, numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and Lauren Marina Anniston Moyer, who was always near and dear to his heart. A Memorial Service will be held as a Celebration of Life at The Walk Church at 8619 N. 40th St, Tampa, FL on 09/26/15 at 3 PM. We encourage anyone who knew Eddie and would like to attend to feel welcome. There will be a short gathering afterward at the church for family and friends to share.
