Lill H. Manuel, 86, of Tampa entered her heavenly home on July 8, 2015. She was born in Defuniak Springs, Florida in 1929. She married twice and from those unions bore seven children. Lill worked for the last 15 years as a volunteer at the James A. Haley Veterans' Hospital in Tampa. Lill is survived by four daughters: Deborah Manuel- Haynes (Thomas) & their four children; Wanda Reed Williams & her one child; Janet Manuel-Atwater (Elzo) and Janice Manuel and her one child.Three sons:Lee Allen Manuel & his two children; Reginald Reed & his two children and Leon Manuel, Jr. & his two children. In additional to 13 grandchildren, Lill also leaves a living legacy of 17 great-grandchildren. Her family will honor her life with friends at her remembrance service on Sunday, July 26, 2015 from 3pm – 5pm at her home church, Prayer Tower COGIC, 1137 37th Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 33711.
