Lloyd M. "Tommy" Felmly, III, 60, of Tampa passed away October 13, 2004. He was a Viet Nam veteran who served with U.S. Marines. He was the owner of several businesses including rebar construction, exotic birds and kites retailing, where he was known as "The Kite Man". He is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Paula; daughter, Crystal; sons, Chris, John & Daniel; father, Lloyd; brothers, Brook & Lenny; sister, Michael; grandson, Casey;& aunt, Janice and uncle, Dick.A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors. The family will visit with friends Monday evening from
6-8 pm at the funeral home with a funeral service held at 7:00 PM.
