Obituary

Lora Lee Oliver-McLeod, 62, was peacefully released from her earthy assignment by a loving God on Thursday, March 30, 2017 in Tampa, Florida. She is now walking on gold in His presence.



Lora Lee was born on December 16, 1954, in St. Catherine, Jamaica. She received her early education from Old Harbour Secondary and Sindleys Business College in St. Catherine, Jamaica. She later received her Paralegal degree and Real Estate License in Florida, from Barry University. Lora Lee found great joy in spending time with her family & friends, cooking, gardening, traveling and doing home improvement projects.



Lora Lee was predeceased by her mother Lucille "Ms. Roe" Robotham-Oliver, father Sydney Parrish Oliver; a sister, Ivy Morrison and a brother, Errol Oliver. Left behind to cherish Lora Lee's precious memory are her beloved & devoted husband, Bradley McLeod of Port. St. Lucie, FL; her daughter, Khadene (Dexton) Brunson of Chambersburg, PA.; two sons, Rohan (LaToya) Wilson of Tampa, FL., and Kristopher Dotson of Atlanta, GA.; two grandsons, Jahkel Wilson and Lathan Wilson of Tampa, FL.; two granddaughters, Khaitlin Wilson of Chambersburg, PA, and Parrish Wilson of Tampa, FL.; her children's father, G. Rochester Wilson of Boca Raton, FL.; seven sisters:Kathleen (Dennis) Logan, Hazel (Clifton) Sterling, Julien (Garry) White, all of St. Catherine, Jamaica;Cynthia Douglas of New York, NY; Cheryl Oliver and Thelma Oliver, both of Brooklyn, NY.; and Samantha Oliver of Atlanta GA; six brothers: Denzil Oliver, Noel (Cherry) Oliver, Owen Oliver, all of St. Catherine, Jamaica; Paul Oliver and Reyon Oliver, both of Kingston, Jamaica; and Ronald (Lena) Oliver of Miami, FL; an adopted sister and brother Laura (Felix) Bazley, both of London, England; and a host of nieces, nephews and other extended loving family and friends.



A celebration of life for Lora Lee will be held on Friday, April 7, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. at Westside Community Seventh-day Adventist Church, 1803 E. Shadowlawn Ave., Tampa, Florida 33610. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
