Mr. Luis A. Rodriguez, 77, of Tampa, Floridapassed away May 14, 2009. He was born in Guantanamo, Cuba. He was a resident of Tampa for the past 22 years coming from Glen Cove, New York.Luis served with US Army. He was a parishioner at St. Paul Catholic Church and member of Casa de Cuba. Survived by his wife, Josefina; children, Luis Rodriguez, Jr., Dorlena Rodriguez-Price, Josefina D. Rodriguez and Vilma Lezama; brothers, Oscar, John, Raul, Hugo and Angel; sisters, Elba, Yolanda, Esperanza, Gloria, Marthaand Aida;five grandchildren and a large loving family. The family will receive friends Sunday from Noon-2 PM and 4-6 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave.A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10AM Monday at St. Paul Catholic Church, 12708 N. Dale Mabry Hwy,Tampa. Interment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Clearwater, Florida.
