Marilyn Ann Green (Heeney) passed away on April 27, 2024, in Tampa, Florida, at the age of 76. She was born on November 16, 1947, in Albany, New York, Marilyn was a beloved mother to Michael and Travis Green, Michelle Broyles, and Sheila Green She was also a cherished mother-in-law to Leslie Green, Mark Broyles, and Eric Sandalic. Marilyn is survived by her grandchildren Caitlyn Bryers, Tyler Rosenberg, Wade Rosenberg, Aidan Green, Emma Green, Owen Palukaitis, and Luke Palukaitis. Great-grandmother to Gracelyn and Maya Byers as well as sister to Robert Heeney.

Marilyn had a fulfilling career as a nursing Instructor at Hillsborough Community College, a Nurse Practitioner for Bay Area Cardiology, and she worked at various hospitals across the Tampa Bay area. She was a dedicated healthcare professional who positively impacted the lives of many.

Outside of her professional life, Marilyn was known for her adventurous spirit. She was an avid world traveler, an amazing teacher, reader, marathon runner, life long learner and loved crossword puzzles.

A Celebration Of Life in memory of Marilyn will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2024, at 19605 Woodland Manor Place, Lutz, FL 33549, at 4:20pm. The family kindly requests that attendees wear Marilyn's favorite color, Green, in her honor.

Marilyn will be deeply missed by all who knew her, and her memory will forever live on in the hearts of those she touched.
