She is survived by her husband, Edward; sons James Piacenti, Christopher Piacenti and Paul Piacenti; daughter, Melissa Piacenti; brother, Dave Fanning; and three grandchildren, Benjamin, Sebastian and Avianna. She was a beloved mother and friend.
