Mrs. MaryHelen Volpe, 68, of New Port Richey, formerly of Tampa (Town & Country), passed away December 28, 2006. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Volpe; She is survived by her sons, Dan Shults and Mike Bowen; daughters, Mary Harris, Linda Hafen, Kathy Murphy, Elizabeth Shults and Jackie Bowen; brother, Bert Hower; sister, Alice Mosher; 25 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. A visitation will be held from 10-11:30 AM, Tuesday, Jan 2, 2007 at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Avenue, Tampa. A funeral service will take place 2:00 PM Tuesday, Jan 2nd at Florida National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Marliere Hospice Care Center, 6801 Rowan Rd., New Port Richey, FL 34653.
