Mercedes Palacios of Tampa passed away March 3, 2020. She is survived by her children and families. Funeral services will be held 2:30 pm Saturday, March 7, 2020 in the Mausoleum chapel at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery in Miami, Florida.
