Miles M. "Mike" Petkovich, Sr., 79, of Tampa passed away November 3, 2004 at his home with his family and LifePath Hospice by his side. He was a Chief Commissaryman with the U.S. Coast Guard, served during WWII, Korea, Viet Nam and retired in 1967. He was preceded in death by his loving wife of 56 years, Agnes Petkovich, with whom he is now reunited.Survivors include his devoted sons, Miles "Mike" Petkovich, Jr, Kenneth Petkovich and Steven Petkovich; and two sisters-in-law, Kathleen Eddlem and Margaret Sorrel. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, Nov. 10th at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors.
