Milton R. Steele, 69 of Tampa, Fl., loving husband of 21 years to Bernadette Sherwood Steele, formally of Bridgeport, Ct. peacefully entered into the kingdom of God, Monday November 24, 2014. Born in New Jersey he was the son of the late Harry T. Steele Sr. and Helen Poponiak Steele. A veteran of the U.S. Army. He was a former security officer at Lazy Days and worked for Easton Hospital as an EMT in Easton, Pa. He was an avid fan of the New York Yankees and Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed playing games on the computer and playing with his dog Boscoe. Survivors in addition to his wife, his loving children: Tanya and her husband Dennis Coto, Zapato and the late Smokey of Hephzibah, Ga,; Tara and her husband Richard Dunwell , grandchildren Matthew and Christina of Pen Argyl, Pa. Two brothers Harry T. Steele Jr. and his wife Emma of Africa and Raymond Steele and his wife Isabel of St. Petersburg, Fl. Brother-in-laws Tim Sherwood and his wife Denice and Kevin Sherwood both of Bridgeport, Ct. Several Nieces and Nephews. He was predeceased by his son Anthony Wayne Steele and a sister Marion Steele. Calling hours will be Sunday November 30, 2014 from 5p-8p at MacDonald Funeral Home and mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday December 1, 2014 at 11 am at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of family.
