Myrtle A. Dunn, of Thonotosassa, FL passed away April 19, 2014. She was born in Sussex, NJ and moved in Florida in 1986 coming from Hackettstown, NJ. Myrtle was a housewife, Catholic by faith, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She is survived by her son, Edward Dunn, III and wife Marilyn K Dunn; daughter, Elizabeth Ortiz and husband Richard Ortiz; grandchildren, Edward Dunn IV and Julian Ortiz; sister, Mary Todd, Henrietta Cannon, Mable Ward, Gertrude Dolbeck, Anna Jones; brothers, Jake Drake, Bobby Drake and Benny Drake. The family will receive friends Thursday from 11:30 AM -12:30 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N Florida Ave, Tampa with a service beginning at 12:30 PM. Interment will follow at 2:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions in memory of Myrtle A Dunn to the Alzheimer's Association.
