Oscar "Macho" Jerez, Jr., 63, of Tampa passed away April 18, 2005. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; mother, Grace Shanahan; sons, Steven & Douglas Parker; daughters, Jennifer Martinez, Lisa Parker-Martinez & Sheri Arfaras; three sisters; one brother; 14 grandchildren and one great grandson. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, April 21, 2005at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home with a visitation one hour prior to service. Interment will follow at Myrtle Hill Memorial Park.
