Mr. Pablo Rivera-Mojica, of Wesley Chapel, Florida, he was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico in 1928 and passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 27, 2013. Mr. Rivera served in the US Army during the Korean War conflict. He studied Civil Engineering and graduated from Indiana Institute of Technology in Fort Wayne. He worked for the Indiana State Highway Administration after graduation. Later he relocated to San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he worked for private engineering consulting firms. He is survived by his loving wife Carmen of 61 years; children, Bertha Ortiz (Jesse) and Pablo Rivera Jr. (Maria); brothers, Gonzalo Rivera and Gabriel Rivera; 5 grandchildren, Christina Ortiz, Jesse Ortiz (Tanya), Maria D. Rivera, Pablo J. Rivera (Melissa), Laura I Rosbozom (Matthew); 9 great grandchildren, Jasmine A. Rivera, Thomas and Torianna Skorupski, Mylah, Ivelysse, Elyanah and Alexander Rosbozom and Zoe and Penelope Rivera. The family will receive friends Monday, April 29th from 6-8 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N Florida Ave, Tampa. A funeral service will take place 11 AM Tuesday at the funeral home chapel followed by burial with full military honors at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
