Patricia L. "Pat" Hisler, age 74 of Tampa, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. A Registered Nurse for more than 50 years, Pat served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War, and as a well-loved elementary school nurse for almost two decades. Devout in her faith, she spent decades serving and teaching in the church. Pat shared 47 years of marriage with her loving husband Steve, and dedicated herself wholeheartedly to raising three children. Pat embodied unconditional love, generosity, courage, and dedication to others. She will be most dearly missed. Pat is survived by her treasured children, grandchildren, sister, nieces and nephews. Funeral Mass will be offered at 11am, Friday, August 7, 2015 at St. Timothy's Catholic Church in Lutz. A visitation will be held beforehand at 10 am. A private interment will follow at Florida National Cemetery with full military honors.
