Paul Edward LaBolt passed away on August 23rd, 2022, at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa, FL. He was 62 years old.

He was born in Greensburg, Indiana on January 23, 1960. Shortly afterwards, his family moved to Upper Sandusky, Ohio,  where he lived for 26 years. He graduated from Upper Sandusky High School in 1978 and went on to earn an Associate Degree in Banking and Finance at Marion Technical College in 1982. He continued his education and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from University of Findlay in 1986. Shortly after his graduation in 1986, he moved to Florida along with the rest of his family. Paul married Cynthia S. Broyles at St. Martha's Catholic Church in Sarasota, FL on May 4, 1996, and they were married for 23 years. Paul worked 20 years in retail management and another 17 years as a business owner. He also volunteered to serve on his neighborhood homeowners association for 17 years. He retired in 2016. He was especially passionate about visiting the Appalachian Mountains area and did so every summer. He also loved coaching various youth sports, especially  basketball, grilling out with family and friends, and he enjoyed golfing. At Halloween, he hosted the haunted trails in his backyard for many years.

Paul is survived by his mother, Catherine A. LaBolt, Bradenton, FL; his two children, Larissa T. LaBolt, Bradenton, FL, and Davis P. LaBolt, Orlando, FL; and his siblings John D. LaBolt, Groveland, MA, Nancy A. Striker, Brandon, FL, and Richard A. LaBolt, Bradenton, FL; and four nephews and two nieces. Paul was pre-deceased by his father, Harold W. LaBolt.

A Memorial Service will be held at Peridia Golf and Country Club, 4950 Peridia Boulevard East, Bradenton, FL 34203, on September 16th, 2022, at 4:00 PM. Please feel free to join us to remember and celebrate Paul's life.
