SKLAR, Philip, 87, of Brandon, Florida passed away October 22, 2008. Survivors include his daughter, Carol Lynn Wagner of Brandon; son, Charles Miller of Derry, New Hampshire; granddaughter, Deborah Kivel Parnell of Memphis, Tennessee; 2 great-grandchildren; and a brother and sister in Houston, Texas. Services were held and officiated by Rabbi Lazer Rivkin, Rabbi Pinchus Ciment and Rabbi Eugene Levy. Donations can be sent to Temple David, 2001 W.
