Phyllis Joan (nee Rosky) Bailey, 87, of Tampa, FL, passed away on Tuesday, November 14, 2017. A loving wife, mother and nanny, she was preceded in death by her husband, James T. Bailey, and her eldest son, James P. Bailey. She is survived by her son Timothy G. Bailey, of Tampa, daughter Michele R. Bailey, of Durham, NC, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
