BLACKETER, Ralph L., 76, of Vero Beach, Fla formerly of Lafayette, IN passed away March 9, 2006 in Tampa, Fla. He was a member of Kings Baptist Church, Vero Beach and he retired in 1992 from Norfolk Southern Railroad. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Betty; daughters, Vicki Young (Ed) of Lafayette, IN and Cynthia Bailey (Craig) of W. Lafayette, IN; sister, Pauline Warrick of Covington, IN; two grandchildren, Krystal Ragle and Jamey Young; and three great grandchildren, Sally Young, Khloe Ragle and Josie Ragle.
