Randall Vincent Rowles, 63, passed away on May 24, 2016 in Tampa, Fl. He was born in Lynchburg Va. to Mortimer and Nancy Rowles. He is predeceased by his father, Mortimer Rowles and sister Barbara Kay Rowles. Randy shared his life with Anita Herbert for the last 24 years. He is survived by his mother Nancy Forgie Rowles of Lynchburg Va.; his two sisters, Nancy Gay Henry (Bill) of Gallipolis Ohio and Debbie Zimpritsch (Joe) of Forest Va.; his children Mitzi Rowles Mitchel of Ft Myers Beach Fl., Randall V Rowles (Han) of Sacramento Ca., Kimberly Marie Welch (Mike) of Hudson Fl., Bryan A Rowles of Tampa., Dawn E. Mihalko (John) of Crestview Fl., and James V Herbert (Analie) of Tampa Fl. Randy had 12 grandchildren, Rhianna Davis, Michelle Mitchell, Hope Rowles, Mickala Horn, Anthony Smith, McKenzie Horn, Jayden Horn, Kaedon Herbert, Malaya Herbert, Paxton Mihalko, Eli Rowles and Harleigh Welch. He had many nieces and nephew and cousins and friends all who dearly loved him. He was an avid fisherman and had belonged to the North Tampa Bass Club. He loved to cook, tell stories, make people laugh and make them blush. After his retirement in 2014 he traveled out west as he loved to watch all western movies. Funeral Services for Randy will be Saturday May 28 at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. Tampa Florida 33612.Visitation 2-4 and 6-7 with services 7-8 being officiated by Mr. Robert Smith. In lieu of flowers, the family request a donation to St. Jude's in his honor.
