Richard Cancel, 61, of Tampa, FL passed away in the early evening Wednesday, March 23, 2016. Rick served 4 years in the United States Army and formerly worked for Cox Lumber in Land O'Lakes as a truss technician for 20 years. He enjoyed fishing, camping, canoeing and being close to the water. He was the most wonderful husband, father, papa and friend. He was preceded in death by his father, John Cancel and sister, Diana Cancel. Rick is survived by his loving wife of 23 years, Lori Williams; mother, Mary Montero; brother, John Cancel; children, Ashley White, Derek Schrader, Christine Gray-Cancel,John Cancel and Stuart Cancel; grandchildren, Harley Dworkowitz, Valory Gray, Trent Gray, Alexis Cancel, Kyle Cancel, Joey Cancel and Juliana Cancel. The family will receive friends Tuesday, March 29th from 6 to 8 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave., Tampa. Graveside Service with full military honors will take place Wednesday March 30th at 12:30 PM at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell
