Robert F. Bassford, Jr., "Bob", of Citra, Fl, passed away Tuesday, May 1, 2012. He left us peacefully surrounded by those that love him most, his wife of 30 years, Norma Bassford, daughters, Ashley Cauthen and Brittney Morrison, and his mother Nellie Bassford. He was preceded in death by his father and best friend, Robert F. Bassford Sr. Bob was a friend to everyone and a foe to none. He worked most of his life as a carpenter but later became a collector of all sorts. His witty humor and endless imagination put smiles on those around him. He will be forever loved by a countless number of family and friends. A celebration of his life will be held at his home today.
