Mrs. Rose Eleanor Wedge Baker, 88, died September 27, 2015 in the care of Melech Hospice House in Temple Terrace, Florida. She was born in Swissvale, Pennsylvania and moved to the Tampa area in 1986 from Evans City, Pennsylvania after retiring from a 25 year career with Mine Safety Appliance Co. Rose was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Baker, her parents Charles Arthur Wedge, Sr. and Eleanor Steele Wedge; and her three siblings, Virginia (Ginny) Bender, Charles Arthur (Bud) Wedge, Jr. and Dorothy (Toot) Rampon. She is survived by two daughters, Donna J. Singleton and her husband, Bill; Patricia A. Holt and her husband David, and two sons, Glenn A. Frankle and his wife, Patsy and David C. Frankle and his wife, Mary Ann; and five grandchildren, Pamela Rape Hicks, Kevin Rape, Eric Frankle, Jennifer Frankle May, Andrew Frankle and three great grandchildren, Justin Hicks, Josh Hicks, Grayson Frankle. A service will be held in the Chapel at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery, 2900 Washington Road, Canonsburg, PA 15317 on Monday, October 5, 2015 at 11:00 am.
