Roy J. Bale, 86, of Tampa passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard. Roy is survived by his wife, Doris; sons, Mark & Matt; brother, Donald; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A funeral service with full military honors will take place 11:30 A.M., Monday, November 18th, at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL
