Roy G. "Pete" Tanner's Obituary
Roy G. "Pete" Tanner, 55, passed away March 6, 2011 in Atlanta, Georgia. Born and raised in Tampa, he was an Auto Body Technician and is preceded in death by his parents, Juanita and Roger Tanner. Roy is survived by his children, Lisa Tanner (fiance Chuck Forbes), Christopher "Shawn" McCutcheon, Cindy Chalk, Timothy Tanner and Krista Tanner; brother, Roger "Bo" Tanner (Carol); sisters, Frances Boxx (Lewis), Faye McCune (Larry), Linda Boles (Hugh), Mildred Evans, Shirley Perrine (John); grandchildren who lovingly knew him as "Papa Roy", Jacob, Casey, Chuckie, Dallas, Ashlynn and Joey; numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Memorial service will take place Saturday, March 12th , 12:00 PM at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave. Tampa. The family will receive friends one hour prior.
