Roy J. Watts, Sr., 66, of Tampa passed away February 25, 2011. Roy was a retired painter. He is survived by his son, Roy J. Watts Jr; and four sisters, Evelyn, Carolyn, Joanne and Julie; and nephew, Roger Scott (Lisa). The family will receive friends Thursday from 10A -noon at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Ave, Tampa followed by a 1 PM graveside service at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tampa.
