ROACH, Ruben, "Lil' Qba",

31, of Tampa, Florida, passed away Sept. 21, 2009. He is survived by his wife, India Brown; daughters, Alexia Young, 12, Bailey Brown, 3, and Chloe Brown, 1; mother Shelley Vallina; father, Daniel Roach; maternal grandparents Ruben and Ondina Vallina; siblings, Deena Vallina, Rebecca Roach-Richardson and Elisa Roach. He was talented musician and artist known in the community as Lil' Qba.

A service will take place 1:00 PM Friday, Sept 25th at the MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave, Tampa. In lieu of flowers a fund is being established for his daughter's education. To contribute contact
