Scott Paugh Schipper, 69, of Lutz joined the Angels in Heaven May 27, 2015. Our loss is Heaven's gain. We are forever proud and grateful for having you in our life. The most wonderful father. Kindest, most generous and caring person who always put family before himself and an inspiration to all he touched. A proud U.S. Navy veteran who served our country in the Vietnam War. Best Friends Forever, Love You and Truly Miss You!
