He was born in Albany, New York in 1947 to the late Stanley B. Fain, Sr. and Barbara N. Lambert. He was a class of 1965 graduate from Cobleskill High School. On August 8, 1992, he married his best friend and the love of his life, Wanda S. Fain. He had an adventurous soul, and after graduating high school, he hitchhiked from New York to California. Then, Stanley proudly served his country as an Engineman in the United States Coast Guard from 1967 until 1971. In 1972, he pursued his passion of motorcycles and racing by opening Fain's Cycle Shop in Cobleskill, New York. He thrived as an entrepreneur and traveled throughout the country making his dreams a reality. In 1987, Stanley moved to Tampa, Florida where he entered the automotive industry as a Financial Manager. His incredibly vivid stories of life experiences and genealogy touched the lives of friends and family alike.
