Mrs. Terri Black joined her beloved husband, Henry N. Black, a veteran of WWII on the road to heaven on May 9, 2012. After working 57 years as a barber, an active member ofthe Temple Terrace VFWAuxillary, Eastern Star and as a meals on wheels volunteer, Mrs. Black has remained the epitome of aBlue Star mother and wife. She actively supported our troops through WWII, Viet Nam, Gulf War and the current conflict. A celebration of her life will be held on Sunday, June 10, 2012 at 2 pm at the Six Mile Creek Baptist Church, 4036 N. FalkenbergRoad, a reception to follow. Further services will be held at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell at 11:30 am Monday, June 11, 2012 for both Terri and Henry.A luncheon reception will follow from 1 to 3 PM Monday in her honor for family and friends at the Temple Terrace VFW #10140, 8414 N. 40th Street.
