Obituary
Toni L. Keffer, 87, passed on August 24, 2023. Preceded in death by, mother Margaret Hayes, son Robert Keffer Jr., granddaughter Casey Newton and four siblings. She is survived by her children Robin (Bud) Simmons, Shawn (Rita) Keffer, and Sam (Wendy) Eldridge; six grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Open Door Baptist Church on September 11, 2023 at 4pm. 7405 Harney Rd., Tampa, Fl. 33637.
