Mr. Truman Dale (Tink) Turner, 60, of Brandon, passed away February 16, 2012 at home with his family by his side after a 5 month battle with cancer. Truman was born July 23, 1951 in Borger, Texas. He loved his family and worked hard to provide for them. After playing football in high school, he remained a lover of the sport. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. Truman was preceded in death by his father, Dale. He is survived by his mother, Jean; his wife of 22 years, Ann; brother Terry (Becky); children TJ (Renne), Nathan (Brandy), Michael, Michelle (Daniel), Billy, & Melissa; and 8 grandchildren, Rayne, Aliyah, Haylie, Zea, Addy, Brittany, Brandon, & Abigail. A memorial service will be held at Centerpoint Church on Durant & Miller Saturday February 25, 2012 @ 2pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Turner family at GTE Federal Credit Union, Memorial fund # 533709.
