Umamaheswara Rao Kolla, M.D.'s Obituary
Umamaheswara Rao Kolla, M.D., 63, of New Tampa born July 1, 1941 in India passed away June 24, 2005 at his residence. Dr. Kolla is survived by his wife, Bhavani Kolla; daughter, Kanthi Sree Kolla; son, Jaya Krishna Kolla; and family & friends. A service will be held at 3:30 pm Monday at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home with a cremation ceremony to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Dr. Kolla to the American Kidney Foundation.
