Vernon Wagner, wasborn the son of Ronald Hugh Wagner and Catherine Rose Wise in Missoula, MT. He lived and went to school in Condon, and Great Falls, MT. and also CA. Later hemoved to Bremerton, WAwhere he graduated from Bremerton Christian School. Vernon was well known for his beautiful voice, singing ability and kindspirit. As an adult, Vernon enjoyed music, snow skiing, his Arabian horses, dogs, travel, and then life in Florida where he lived and worked for his last fifteen years. He retired as a Florida State Law Enforcement Officer who could be counted on to be the nicest person to work with even in the DOC work environment. Vernon was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Hugh Wagner.
Vernon is survived by his wife of thirty years, Jeannette Wagner; mother, Cathy Miller; step-father, Edward Miller;step-mother, Lynnette Wagner; son, SeanLauren (and Emily): grandchildren, Malachi, Anne Marie, Calvin and Eva; brothers, Vince Wagner (and Patti), Chip Miller (and Emily); sisters, Vonnie (and Craig), Valli Burns (and Al), VinyBurns (and Jim), Vickie (and Paul), RonetteShaw (and Brandon) & Amber Young; nephews: Clinton & Clifford Burns, Christopher, Caleb & Cory Marlow, Trevor Ford, Jeramiah Burns, Felix Miller and Camos Young; nieces, Shawndra Bird, Sharlene Peck, Jessie White, Catherine Hoyem, Nicole Burns, Shelly Rogers, Gretta Miller, Shalli Knotts, Maura King, Ava Young and Kaleah & Jazzlynn Wagner.

A graveside service with honors presented by the Florida Highway Patrol Honor Guard will take place at 10:30 AM Friday, April 26th at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
