Vicki Denise Smith, 54, passed away on February 7, 2013. Vicki is survived by her son, Steven Rutledge Smith; mother, JoAnn Simmons; brothers, Grant and David Simmons;fiancée, Kevin Sennett; and many other beloved family members. She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Rutledge Simmons.A memorial service will be held at noon on Monday, February 11, 2013 at Lake Carroll Baptist Church, 12012 N. Rome Ave, Tampa, FL. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 11am.
