Obituary
Violet Mae Gaines, 101, of Tampa was taken home by Jesus to heaven on her birthday, March 19, 2016. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell Eldon in 1982 after 45 years of marriage. She is survived by three children, Sharon Spear, Sandra Padgett, and Garland Gaines; eleven grandchildren; twenty-six great grand children and nineteen great great grand children. A funeral service will take place at 1 pm Thursday, March 24th at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 N. Florida Ave, Tampa with graveside immediately following at Lake Carroll Cemetery.
