Virginia Moore (Ginny) Fuller, 82, of Tampa passed away August 25, 2011. Virginia graduated from Hillsborough High School in 1947.She went on to attend Mound Park Nursing School where she graduated in 1950. She worked 10 years for Dr. Richard Farrior and then went on to work as an Operating Room nurse at St.Joseph's Hospital in Tampa where she retired after 25 years in 1993. She was a member of the Mound Park Hospital Nurses Alumnae, Order of the Eastern Stars, Egypt Temple Shrine Fun & Frolic Clownettes. She was preceded in death by her husband, John W. Fuller; son, Rusty Fuller; great granddaughter, Molly Cohran and great grandson, Eric Bratcher. Virginia is survived her daughters, Carol Jean Phillips, Barbara Joyce Pomnitz; son, James Vernon Fuller, all of Tampa; step-daughters, Shirley Bratcher, (Aaron) of Hillsboro, GA,, Joan Cohran (Danny), of Atlanta, GA,; daughter-in-law,Brenda Fuller ofTampa; sister, Joan Harrison (Bill) of Atlanta, GA; 14 grandchildren, Jay Fuller (Jen), Rachael Fuller, Paul Phillips, Becky Phillips, Sherry Phillips, Ashley Pomnitz Windham (Mike), Kelsey Pomnitz, Jimi-Jordan Fuller, Connie Wright, Aaron "Brother" Bratcher, Jeffery Bratcher, Lara Cohran-Batres (Pablo), Shannon Cohran, Crystal "Monkey" Cohran; 16 great grandchildren, Daryl Phillips, Tiara Phillips, Cheyene Phillips, Noah Phillips, Ashton Windham, Kyle Brewer, Elijah Bratcher, Jonah Bratcher, Daisy Bratcher, Gabriel Cohran, Haleigh Cohran, Cruz Batres, Allysun Batres, Paige Cohran, Drew Cohran, Luke Cohran; 4 great great grandchildren, Miyah Cohran, Ciarrah Cohran, Shayla Cohran, Kaylyn Neal;and several nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank LifePath Hospice and Heath Funeral Chapel & Crematory for their care and comfort during this difficult time. The family will receive friends Tuesday, August 30th from 10 AM until service time at 11 AM at the chapel of MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Ave, Tampa, Pastor Chris "Buff" McNickle, of Idlewild Baptist Church will officiate.
