Vivian C. Spence, 81 of Tampa passed away December 21, 2019 joining her husband, Tom and her two sons, Tom, Jr. and Joe and grandson Devin. She was a devoted wife and loving mother to all. She is survived by her loving daughters, Debbie Spence and Dee Henderson; brother, Dell Cooper; five grandchildren and many other loving family members and friends. Graveside service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, December 28th at Sunset Memory Gardens in Thonotosassa.
