W. Rafael Flores,Sr., 80, of Tampa passed away August 26, 2006. He served with the United States Army during World War II. He is survived by his children, Chari Vidal-Curtis, Rafael W. Flores, Jr, Javier Bartolome, Moyra K. Morales, Edgar R. Flores, Sr. and Gilbert Anthony Flores; sisters, Angelita Torres and Carmen Flores; 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Tuesday (today) from 3-6 pm at MacDonald Funeral Home, 10520 North Florida Ave. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the American Cancer Society.
