Walt Niewinski, our beloved father, was taken to the Lord on Tuesday, April 8, 2014.Walt was born in New Jersey on December 14, 1921, and moved to Tampa in 1954.A World War II veteran, he retired after 40 years as an auto mechanic.He was the devoted husband of the late Helen for 71 years, and is survived by his two daughters, Joan Taggart (Tom), and Judy Pratt (John);six grandchildren, Jennifer Martinez, Kimberly Labarbera, Kevin Pratt, Kristi Eisenhardt, Natalie Taggart, and Keith Pratt;three great grandchildren, Jack and Ashton Labarbera, and Emily Eisenhardt; and sister Stella Panek and family.Mass will be held at Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at 10:30AM, with intermentat the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell.The family requests donations to Gulfside Regional Hospice, 6117 Trouble Creek Road, New Port Richey, FL34653in lieu of flowers.
