William P. Riley, of Tampa passed away April 25, 2015 at Tampa General Hospital. He lived with and was cared for by his brother, Charles "Ed" Riley for the past 5 ½ years in Tampa after his wife Ruth passed away. He and wife Ruth lived mostly in Covington, KY. Bill loved sports, he was a semi pro golfer. He shot a hole in one and received a trophy. He won tournaments in Cincinnati Ohio and Kentucky. He was a very good baseball center fielder. He loved watching and analyzing sport with his brothers, Ed and Finley, his daughter and grandchildren. He was a very hard worker, yet fun loving business owner with his father in the plastering and cement trade in Cincinnati. Bill and his father and brothers did most of the rock and cement work on the famous Christian Garden of Hope in Covington, KY.He had an uncanny ability to not take life to seriously, yet greatly enjoyed life. In his younger years, Bill loved to dance and was great at it. He was easy to meet and easy to love. This drew people to him along with his movie star looks. He loved his family and we loved him. He will be greatly missed, but we know we will see him again. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior. He was also preceded in death by his four brothers, a sister, two nephews and a niece. Bill is survived by daughter, Vicki Hill of Clearwater; brother, Charles "Ed" Riley; sisters Peggy Riley, Doloris Mossor and Patricia Cann; granddaughters, Holly Hill Wozniak and Leah Hill; great grandsons, Trey Hill, Bret Hill, Colton Buzzella, and Blake Wozniak; great granddaughter, Kendall Buzzella; great great grandchildren, Ryan Hill and Autumn Hill; and many nieces, nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews. Further services will take place in Erlanger, KY with burial in Ohio.
